Instant Trackbed is a black, sticky, mouldable rubber mastic.It makes a great base for the track because: ■ It holds the track without nails or glue. ■ It holds the ballast without glue. ■ It is uniformly strong so there is no vibration or warping of the track. ■ It can be moulded to create an eneven ballast line at any desired grade. ■ It will never dry out, harden or shrink. ■ It makes a great road because it looks just like asphalt. ■ It makes great pavements because it takes paint well and you can score it to let the black instant 'Roadbed' tar show through the concrete seams.
