Alumilite Casting Products
Welcome to the exciting world of Alumilite, the two part casting plastic that goes from liquid to solid in 3 minutes::
Allumilite is easy to use, virtually odourless, and will duplicate almost any part, down to the most minute detail.
There are no complicated mixing ratios, just mix equal amounts of parts A and B, and pour into your mould.
Three minutes later you will have a faithful copy of your original item.
BUT..... the magic of Allumilite does not end there.
Alumilite can be painted (with the minimum of preparation), machined with normal high speed tools, and can be reformed or bent ( when heated).
To make the decorating process even easier, Alumilite can be dyed..
To increase the volume, or change the weight or texture of the casting, DRY fillers may be added.
Suitable items listed below.
Not recommended for use by persons under 14 years of age without supervision:

In the production of two or multi-part moulds, this technical vaseline is applied to the halves of the mould once they have set.
When the moulding material is then poured in the second half mould, the vaseline prevents the two mould halves from sticking together.
