For special applications it is advantageous if the thin flowing silicon is slightly thicker.
Mix 0.3-0.6% Silcothix Thickener into the silicon paste.
It will thicken after a short reaction time.
Then mix in Silicon Vulcanizer.
This reaction causes the paste to thicken again, without changing the mould characteristics of the material after it hardens.
